By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SimpleWork if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Acceptance of terms

By using our freelancer all-in-one tool, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the tool.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any updates or changes. Your continued use of the tool following the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Access and use of tool

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tool for your personal or business use. You may not sell, rent, or distribute the tool or any portion of it to any third party. If available, we offer a free trial period for new users, during which you can test the features and functionality of the tool.

Intellectual property

The tool and all content and materials included on it, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the tool for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of us.

Disclaimer of warranties

The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the tool or the information, content, materials, or products included on it. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the tool, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any tax export feature or functionality of the tool, and you agree to use the tool at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the tool, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the tool, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing law

These terms and your use of the tool shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the tool and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds for any fees or charges associated with the use of the tool. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Termination

Right to Terminate: SimpleWork reserves the right to terminate a user's subscription and access to the all-in-one freelancer tool at any time, without notice, if it is deemed necessary.

Reasons for Termination: Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of the terms and conditions, unauthorized use of the tool, or any other actions that may harm the company or other users.

Refunds: In the event of termination, refunds will not be provided for any remaining time on the subscription.

Limitation of Liability: The company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of termination of their subscription or access to the tool.

Data Hosting on AWS Servers

All data hosted on our servers is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in various regions around the world.
By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of AWS regarding data storage and security.
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data on our servers, but we cannot guarantee that your data will be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data that you upload to our servers.
We reserve the right to access, review, and delete any data stored on our servers at any time if necessary for maintenance or for compliance with legal requirements.
We will not share or disclose your data to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services at any time if you violate these terms and conditions or if we determine that your use poses a security threat to our servers or other users.

Payment and Subscription

Payment: Payment for SimpleWork will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected by the user at the time of sign-up. The user will be charged on the same day each month or year, depending on the chosen subscription plan.
Free Trial: If available, a free trial of 3 days will be provided to all new users upon sign-up. Users will have full access to all features of the tool during the free trial period. After the free trial period ends, the user's chosen subscription plan will automatically start and the payment will be charged unless the user has canceled the subscription before the end of the trial period.
Cancellation and Refunds: Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting customer support or via the payment dashboard. Refunds will not be provided for any remaining time on the subscription.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless the user cancels the subscription.
Changes to Subscription Plans: The company reserves the right to change the subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any changes to the plans or pricing will be communicated to users in advance.
Responsibility for Payment: The user is responsible for ensuring that the correct payment method is provided and that all payments are made on time.
Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to the all-in-one freelancer tool, the user agrees to these terms and conditions for payment and subscription

Payment Provider:

Stripe: SimpleWork uses Stripe as its payment provider. By using the tool, the user agrees to the Stripe terms of service and privacy policy.
Data Storage: Payment information, such as credit card details, will be securely stored by Stripe. This information will be used solely for processing payments for the subscription to SimpleWork.
Payment Security: Stripe uses industry standard security measures to protect user payment information. The company also does not store any sensitive information such as CVV code.
Payment Disputes: Any disputes or issues related to payments should be directed to Stripe customer support or SimpleWork if it's content related to the tool.
Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to the all-in-one freelancer tool, the user agrees to these terms related to the use of Stripe as the payment provider.

Referral Program

Eligibility: The referral program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.

Referral Process: Participants will receive a unique referral link that they can share with friends and family. When someone clicks on the referral link and becomes a subscribed user, the participant will receive $10 in their account.

Payments: Payments will be processed 30 days after a referral becomes a subscribed user (trial of user ends and is an active subscriber) to ensure that the referral is still active.

Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. However, SimpleWork reserves the right to limit, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

Fraudulent Referrals: SimpleWork reserves the right to investigate and remove any referrals that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.

By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions and any changes made to them. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing SimpleWork, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the SimpleWork's Privacy Policy.
